All Ruffin merch is custom-made to order through our fulfillment partner Tapstitch, which means every item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed. This helps us reduce overproduction and stay aligned with Ruffin’s sustainability-focused brand.
Production & Fulfillment Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Fulfillment times may be longer during high-volume periods such as holidays, major drops, or flash sales.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Delivery location
- Weight and quantity of items
- Shipping speed selected (Standard vs. Express, if available)
Where We Ship
Ruffin merch ships to the following regions:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- European Union
If your shipping address is outside these regions, your order may not be processed. Please contact us at josephnruffin@gmail.com before placing your order.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been fulfilled by Tapstitch, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
All packages are shipped with tracking. Ruffin Merch is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders (outside the U.S.), you may be responsible for additional customs, import duties, or local taxes. These fees are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot reroute or refund orders that are returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days after fulfillment, please reach out to josephnruffin@gmail.com with your order number and tracking info. We will file an investigation with Tapstitch and offer a resolution.
